To ensure your product(s) arrive within 48hours, we will collaborate with reliable local courier service agents to deliver the product (s) purchased once after received a complete shipping information from customers.
Shipping charges within Peninsular Malaysia has been fixed according to the weight and product dimension. Our customer service personnel will advice the shipping charges upon purchase of our products.

All in-stock items are shipped via FED-EX, United Parcel Service (UPS) or DHL for small lot of quantity ( sample or prototype ). Shipping rates for your order will be advised after receiving the confirmation of your order quantity and shipping address . If the product ordered is in-stock, we make every attempt to ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. However, even though our online store remains open, we may not be open for business in our physical offices. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Should your order be placed at one of these times, it will be shipped immediately upon our return.
Expedited Shipping Notice:
Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order--it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse.
